We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Delay in response from the client
- Dissatisfaction after delivery

4. Unlimited Revisions
To ensure client satisfaction, we provide unlimited revisions under all plans, subject to the following conditions:
- Revisions must be within the original scope of the project
- Requests for entirely new concepts or major changes may incur additional charges
- Timely feedback from the client is required to avoid delays
5. Project Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once work has started
- If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be paused or marked as completed without refund

- Standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days
- Timelines may extend based on revision cycles or client delays
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Reviewing work during revision stages
- Giving timely feedback and approvals
Failure to do so may impact the final outcome and delivery timeline.
8. Exceptional Cases
