  • Supporting assets (thumbnails, captions, etc., if applicable)

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from project confirmation
  • Timeline may vary depending on project complexity, service type, and revision cycles

Delivery timeline begins after:

  • Full payment is received
  • All required project details and materials are provided by the client

3. Delivery Method

Final deliverables are shared via:

  • Email
  • Secure download links (e.g., cloud storage)
  • Client dashboard (if applicable)

Clients are responsible for downloading and saving files once delivered.

4. Revisions & Delivery Adjustments

  • Revisions may extend the overall delivery timeline
  • Unlimited revisions are included within the original project scope
  • Additional or out-of-scope requests may require extra time and charges

5. Client Delays

Any delays caused by the client, including but not limited to:

  • Late submission of project details
  • Delayed feedback or approvals
  • Changes in requirements

may result in extended delivery timelines. AdvidAgency is not responsible for such delays.

6. Urgent / Priority Delivery

In some cases, expedited delivery may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability. Please contact us before placing your order for urgent requests.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact details provided by the client, we will attempt to reach out using available communication channels. Delays caused by incorrect information are not our responsibility.

8. Acceptance of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • Final files are shared with the client
  • The client has access to download or view the deliverables

It is the client’s responsibility to review the delivered work and request revisions if needed.
